The Project

A 50-year HVAC business with a digital storefront that didn’t match

Stewart Air Conditioning & Heating has been a trusted name in central Kentucky since 1976 — a family-owned business built on honest service, competitive pricing, and treating every home like their own. But their digital presence wasn’t telling that story.

The existing site was built on Thryv’s proprietary platform: limited in design, slow on mobile, painful to update, and invisible on Google for the urgent local searches that drive HVAC business. Every “AC repair near me” in their service area was going to a competitor.

We rebuilt the digital foundation from the ground up — modern site, owned codebase, local SEO targeting every service area in central Kentucky, and full Google Business Profile optimization to compete in the map pack where HVAC searches actually happen.
